Because I live a couple of hours away from Camarillo, the process was handled by phone and email, and a key to access the property was in a lock box. He was very friendly and thorough in asking for the information he needed to do his job, he followed through with email communications in a timely manner, and turns out he was trustworthy with the lock box. The appraisals are very professional and comprehensive. The only reason I gave a rating of four stars is because Bob sent the final reports one day later than planned. However, Bob did ask if the next day would work for me instead, and I accepted because it would work for me, but when it comes to business, I would rather have gotten them as planned. Overall, I think Bob is great and I'd hire him again.
